Support from the Students' Union

The Support Zone is available to support you with your physical and mental wellbeing.

Nightline

Nightline is the Union’s confidential listening service, run by student volunteers. You can talk to them about any problem, big or small, in complete confidence. They won’t judge or advise you, they are there to listen and support you through whatever you’re going through.

Positive Minds

If you are feeling anxious, lonely, stressed, or simply need to speak to someone who will relate to your experiences – Positive Minds is the service for you.

Eating Difficulties Support Group

Eating difficulty group sessions provide support to students experiencing difficulties around food and eating. The groups are confidential, maintain a pro-recovery focus and keep conversations supportive by following a set of ground rules.

The groups have an informal atmosphere and are a great opportunity to meet people with similar experiences.
