Starting a conversation about your feelings and experiences with your friends, family, or a professional can be difficult sometimes.

‘Let’s Talk’ is here to change that.

We want to help you start what can be really daunting conversations and to empower you to talk about your experiences or challenges. Through conversations we can support others in speaking about their wellbeing and help ourselves by reaching out for the support we need.

About Let's Talk

We understand that your time at university can bring its challenges - which is why wellbeing and welfare is at the heart of our Surrey community.

We’re proud to provide a number of services to support our students, however we want to do more. We want to create a dialogue around important wellbeing topics so that we can continue to break down barriers and help people get the support they need before they reach a point of crisis.

You can also find stories and experiences shared by other members of our community in the hope that it will encourage others to talk about the issues they are facing, embrace their uniqueness, and improve their own physical and mental wellbeing.
